High Tide Fisheries

Tucked in the middle of bustling Brixham, my fishmonger business is built on freshness, trust, and a deep connection to the sea. Each morning begins at the local fish market, where I personally select the finest catch straight from the boats. By choosing every fish myself, I ensure only the highest quality reaches my customers, from glistening mackerel to perfectly firm cod and sweet, succulent shellfish.

This hands-on approach allows me to offer not just fish, but confidence in its origin and freshness. I take pride in knowing the fishermen, understanding the tides, and respecting the rhythms of the coast that make Brixham one of the UK’s most renowned fishing ports.

My shop is more than a place to buy seafood; it’s a space where customers can ask questions, get cooking advice, and feel connected to what they’re eating. Whether supplying local families or restaurants, I remain committed to honest trade, sustainability, and the simple idea that great fish speaks for itself.
