What to expect at Moroccan Wine Lunch
Similar in style to our Paella lunches, we will be cooking a slow cooked Chicken Tagine with preserved lemons, olives and all the traditional spicing in our large open pan on the doorstep. There will be sharing starter plates Moroccan style and for dessert a cooling yoghurt with honey and pistachio nuts or cheese if you prefer.
To accompany the warm and spicy nature of the menu we will have an appropriate wine list for you to choose from on the day - think Viogniers, Rieslings for whites, Roses that work with spice and some warming, gorgeous reds. James will explain on the day how to make good choices of wines when you are cooking spicy foods. The price of £39.95pp includes all three courses.
