About Paignton Festival

The Paignton Festival, formerly known as Torbay Carnival, is a nine-day family-friendly event held annually at the end of July and beginning of August in Paignton. It features a variety of free entertainment, including a funfair, live music, a shopping marquee, charity stalls, a classic car show, and a fireworks display. The festival is run by volunteers and aims to raise money for local charities and organizations, according to the event website.
