Fused Glass Workshop

Fused glass is made by cutting and arranging pieces of coloured glass, then firing them in a kiln until they melt together into a single piece. The results can be anything from coasters and hangings to small dishes, and because the glass changes in the kiln there is always an element of surprise.

This F.A.B. 2026 workshop runs from 3pm to 4:30pm on Saturday 24 October at AKUTA’s studio, 6 Bolton Street, Brixham. It costs £35 and places are limited, so booking with A Kick Up The Arts is essential. Pieces normally need firing after the session, so ask the studio about collection when you book.
