What to expect at City College Plymouth (DBS 2026)

City College Plymouth transforms the lives of up to 12,000 students every year through high-quality education and training. We offer everything from Apprenticeships and degree-level courses to T Levels and online learning for Adults.

In April 2026 we were designated as a Defence Technical Excellence College (DTEC) - one of only five in the UK. As a DTEC, City College operates as a national hub, leading a network of partners, employers, and education providers to deliver technical education aligned to national defence priorities.

We offer a range of services for businesses and employers - from help hiring an apprentice, to professional development workshops and courses, and even free CPD opportunities.
