What to expect at Olive
Hannah Black our Executive Chef and her team have used their memories and expertise to create dishes using authentic cooking styles, after visiting the Med, eating local produce from different regions and restaurants, whilst including some street food in addition to well-known favourites. You will love our take on some classic dishes, using authentic ingredients in addition to our own local fresh produce, we think we’ve created some delicious food to share, enjoy and pair with nearly 100 world wines – 16 which are regularly changing and available to taste from our Enomatic Wine Machines.
