Family Community Ceilidh at The Scala - Town Hall
Hosted by The Scala - Town Hall
24 October 2026 at 15:00 — ends 24 October 2026 at 16:30
A free family ceilidh to finish the F.A.B. Saturday Social in the Scala Hall – no experience needed, just drop in and dance.
What to expect at Family Community Ceilidh
A ceilidh is a traditional social dance where a caller teaches each set of steps before the music starts, so complete beginners, children and grandparents can all join in together. It is noisy, friendly and very hard not to enjoy.
The ceilidh runs from 3pm to 4:30pm on Saturday 24 October in the Scala, the largest hall at Brixham Town Hall, after a day of pop-up makers, art activities and dance workshops. It is free and drop-in – there is no need to book or bring a partner. It is part of the Festival of Arts Brixham, which celebrates intergenerational activity across the town.
