What to expect at 3-Minute Poems with Harula Ladd
Not everyone has an hour to sit down and write, but almost anyone can write something in three minutes. In these quick-fire sessions poet Harula Ladd offers prompts and encouragement to help visitors capture a thought, a memory or an image from the museum in a short poem of their own.
Drop in any time from 10:30am to 12:30pm or from 1:30pm to 3:30pm on Tuesday 27 October. The sessions are free and there is no need to book. Brixham Heritage Museum, in the Old Police Station on New Road, tells the story of the town from its geology and earliest settlers to its fishing fleet – plenty of inspiration for a three-minute poem.
