Open Air Paint with Claire at A Kick Up The Arts
Hosted by A Kick Up The Arts
20 October 2026 at 09:45 — ends 20 October 2026 at 13:00
A free morning of painting outdoors with Claire, starting from A Kick Up The Arts in Brixham. Booking essential.
What to expect at Open Air Paint with Claire
Painting en plein air – working outside, directly from what is in front of you – is one of the best ways to learn to look at light, colour and shape, and Brixham’s harbour, rooftops and coastline give plenty to look at. This F.A.B. 2026 session with Claire is a relaxed introduction for anyone who wants to try it, whatever their experience.
The session runs from 9:45am to 1pm on Tuesday 20 October and is organised by A Kick Up The Arts, the gallery, studio and workshop space on Bolton Street. It is free to attend, but places are limited, so book with AKUTA. Dress for the weather in case the group heads outside.
